Finland like any other western country has a significant amount of other ethnicities, more than 10% in the case of Finland. And it's not like people are the same if they are of the same ethnicity. And even if it were especially homogenous, how would that matter?

Are you a Finn? I am and would definitely call this homogenous coutry. But I know Finns who would never agree on that.

No, you cannot compare Finland to other western or even Scandinavian countries. It's very different.
