They regularly tried out the products and critiqued the interface and after many iterations it turned out like all their products were created by a single well minded person. Win95 and iOS6 were so awesome at their time. (the same was true for the first few years of Facebook)

After working with seniors on their computers for years, I feel we should replace all current UI testing with "senior testing".

If you can't get a 70-year-old to understand what you're asking them to do, you're wrong.
