* 4+ years backend development experience
* Experience designing and building backend systems
* Experience with Ruby/Rails or an equivalent web development framework
* Experience with Go a plus
QA/Test Engineer:
* 3 years experience in a testing or development role
* Direct experience with automated testing frameworks or the related technologies
* Strong understanding of QA methodologies
