Thanks Dan - our engineers are consultants as well, so there is a similar interview process for expert hires. We do have an additional technical exercise that varies based on your role. We typically prefer pair programming over whiteboarding, we hope it's reflective of what it's like to work in our teams and we hope it's also an enjoyable experience for candidates!
