I've visited China, and to enter the train station the citizens have to scan their IDs. To buy a long distance bus/plane ticket they ask for your passport number. I wonder if the system would say "Denied" for "problematic" people.


Once the data is acquired (health or social) by a centralized entity, there is always going to be the possibility of the data being used improperly.
