It breaks down CPU usage into various parts like IO wait and vm guest time... they even integrated functionality from iotop so you eventually won't need that program either.

The "Detailed CPU time" setting in htop doesn't show the time the CPU is waiting on memory, it is just traditional I/O (disk, network, etc).
