Maybe you’re missing part of the point… you can’t send an interac transfer from a US bank account, so unless you have a Canadian bank account, you can’t do it !
Yes but usually listings that ask for interac e-transfers are a scam in the first place! They are basically impossible to revert to scammers really like them. So even if they had access to interact transfers, they probably shouldn't have bought the listed item anyways.
