2- Lots of people put podcasts in the background, while coding, running, cooking, eating. Especially with airpod-like products.
3- Lots of people watch the clips/highlights and go to the source if needed. It's more a format where the unedited version is posted because technology allows it, which ends up as more transparent than just publishing the edit. In journalism a lot can go on in an edit.
I don't think anyone is rawdogging the 3 hours without any multitasking
