We're hiring our 3rd engineer. You'd own features end-to-end alongside our two existing engineers. Async-first, fully remote, real product ownership.
What we want:
- 5+ years shipping Rails in production
- Daily Claude Code or Codex user with a real workflow, your own skills/hooks/commands, opinions on when to override the agent, habit of reviewing AI output as critically as a junior PR
- Strong written English, calm under customer-facing pressure
