Why is the remote work limited to people in PST? If a potential candidate is in Iowa, couldn't the requirement just be "Are you ok working 10am-7pm your time?"

we are currently searching for coverage for certain hours -- but if someone from other timezones have no problem working PST/CET, that's fine and they can totally apply.
